· Operate and maintain critical systems, including UPS, PDUs, generators, HVAC, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
· Monitor and respond promptly to BMS alarms and system abnormalities.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
· Manage vendor activities and ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
· Maintain accurate site documentation, logs, and maintenance records.
· Identify potential risks and single points of failure (SPOFs) and recommend improvements.

· Respond promptly to alarms, system alerts, or equipment faults generated by the BMS.
· Follow the fault escalation matrix, notifying Technicians and Plant Operators to investigate issues and ensuring management is informed of system abnormalities or high-priority faults.
· Analyze system trends and performance data to identify inefficiencies or potential failures.
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities based on system insights.
· Support on-site teams and contractors during troubleshooting, testing, and repair work.
· Maintain accurate system logs, event records, and fault reports for operational review.
· Calibrate, test, and verify BMS sensors, controllers, and field devices for reliability.
