  • The activities performed for the South African Reserve as a client were as follows:
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with the technical lead to define the Business & Software requirements specification for the strategy tool (Corporater BMP Tool V.4)
  • Act as strategy formulation Subject Matter Expert & provide the experience & expertise needed during the strategy formulation, scorecard management and portfolio management implementation and automation thereof.
  • Obtain clarifications from client from time to time, keeping constant contact with all departmental heads at client to obtain their buy-in into the project.
  • Design and Configuration (Corporater BMP/EMP Tool): Facilitate the design sessions in collaboration with the offsite Technical team.
  • Participate in the detailed strategy tool configuration and testing by ensuring that the configured solution is in-line with the customer expectations and that all requirements have been catered for in the design.
  • Constantly update all stakeholders on progress and identify any interventions that may be required to ensure project remains on schedule and scope.
  • Solution deployment, go-live, handholding; Training and Skills transfer: Participate in the deployment of the solution by ensuring that the required environment has been set up at the client and the necessary arrangements are in place before the technical team arrives for solution deployment.
  • Prepare detailed test cases and test scripts for use in system validation by the client during User Acceptance Testing.
