  • Successfully solicited financial and technical resources to strengthen the health system and improve health outcomes, for example, established strategic partnership with development partners and mobilised resources for the conceptualisation and establishment of the Institute for Regulatory Sciences, which is currently known as South African Health Product Regulatory Authority. Moreover, mobilised internal resources and support to strengthen Occupational Health and Safety Programme in the workplace.
  • Effectively managed multiple projects such as Employee Health and Wellness Initiatives for De Beers Mines, Presidential Health Summit for National Department of Health, International Maternal Newborn Conference, Donor Forums, Occupational Health and Safety Initiatives and the implementation of the medical surveillance for Port Health Services.
