Results-oriented Senior HR Advisor with extensive experience in human resources management. Solid performance management implementation background with over thirteen years of experience within local and global organizations.
I am currently based within SALGA as a Senior HR Advisor: Performance Management & Capacity Building. My current role has a strong advisory focus on the implementation of effective individual and organizational performance management. Prior to this I have worked for the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality in Human Resources to institutionalize performance management and co-ordinate monthly, quarterly and annual evidence consolidation and reporting processes.
I have also worked as an HR Generalist for the Nielsen company (Global) and have extensive experience in performance management and organizational development. As part of this role, I’ve had the opportunity to be seconded to the United States to drive organizational development initiatives. I have also been seconded to Nigeria to implement training on the organizations electronic performance management system.
I have obtained my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with UNISA.
Performance Management
Selected to go on a secondment to the Nielsen business in United States, Chicago. This was a four-month secondment that allowed me to spend time in Organisational Development and gain a greater understanding of how this area of the business operates.
Selected to go on a secondment to the Nielsen Nigeria business to implement various aspects of the company’s performance management strategy, which included the roll-out of electronic performance management and company-wide training.
