As the Functional Lead/Architect, I partner with global enterprise organisations and senior stakeholders—including Heads of HRIT, Global Functional Directors, and Global Process Owners—to align Workday solutions with strategic business objectives.
Leveraging deep expertise in recruiting operations and global HR technology, I lead complex transformation initiatives, driving process standardisation, automation, and scalable solutions across multinational environments.

I drive multiple initiatives from understanding how to accurately predict high quality hires, talent mapping and talent market mapping to understand multiple verticals that drive talent to your brand while delivering insights that address talent acquisition solutions in line with statutory requirements and business strategic objectives. Scalable, relevant solutions. I am a seasoned sourcer, recruiter, master of the hunt and will find you the rarest gem among the rough. I have full 360 recruitment experience, from junior scarce skills to senior management.
I am in tune with the global recruiting community employing global best practice from a governance, legal, systems, process, service and R&D perspective.
