I am innovative, creative, passionate and always find effective, efficient ways of work. My most important role, however, is being the mother of two beautiful children and wife to an amazing husband. As the Functional Lead/Architect, I partner with global enterprise organisations and senior stakeholders—including Heads of HRIT, Global Functional Directors, and Global Process Owners—to align Workday solutions with strategic business objectives.

Leveraging deep expertise in recruiting operations and global HR technology, I lead complex transformation initiatives, driving process standardisation, automation, and scalable solutions across multinational environments.

Key project experience;

  • Functionally led a large-scale global transformation program for a multinational enterprise.
  • Led the consolidation of two global recruiting processes across 100+ countries into a single unified model.
  • Delivered Manager Self-Service capabilities across 11 countries, improving operational efficiency and adoption.
  • Implemented integrated solutions with external services including assessment platforms and background screening providers.
  • Designed and deployed employee referral programs to enhance talent acquisition pipelines.
  • Evaluated emerging AI and Agentic technologies to identify opportunities for HR process innovation.

Responsibilities across the full project lifecycle (which form the day-to-day activities of my role, dependent on the stage of the project);

  • Strategic consulting and requirements discovery, soliciting detailed requirements from the client, with an understanding of their operating model analysis and key strategic objectives
  • Functional solution design and architecture - I partner with the client to design a technical solution that enables their operational objectives; whether this is to increase efficiency through automation or enhance the User's experience etc.
  • System configuration - I am responsible for building and delivering the designed solution
  • Testing strategy and execution - I am responsible for building complex unit and UAT test scripts and delivering global UAT sessions. I am also responsible for client play back sessions to ensure alignment of the technical solution with the design
  • Project and delivery management - I have fulfilled the role of Project Manager on smaller projects, ensuring the agreed timelines and milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Change management and communications - Where agreed I have helped facilitate and drive change management activities and related stakeholder communications, ahead of key project milestones
  • End-user training and enablement - Where agreed I have facilitated training support ahead of go-live activities
  • Implementation and go-live leadership - I have been accountable for go-live implementations of very large, complex solutions that require detailed implementation plans considering dependencies, data migration impacts, user down time considerations, etc.
  • Post-implementation support and optimisation - I have been responsible for lengthy PGLS cycles, accountable for ensuring post go live stabilisation and adoption of the newly deployed solution. This would involve regular market check in's, defect management / tracking and resolution and ongoing solution upskill/training on the newly implemented solution
  • Knowledge transfer and operational handover - I was responsible for a well-documented and governed hand over process to the central BAU teams to ensure a successful transfer of knowledge of the design, configuration implementation, considerations, risks and dependencies.
