My role as logistics coordinator is to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operation by coordinating the distribution of goods from procurement to delivery ensuring efficient and timely operations
Overseeing the logistics of inbound and outbound orders for the warehouse
Communicating with suppliers and freight forwarders

Preparing weekly reports/updates on status of shipments and/or delays

Ensured all orders were placed before 10am to ensure prompt service delivery
Collaborated with management to process bulk orders, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders and optimal stock levels within the warehouse
