• Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current applicable
legislation.
• Implement and review company policies.

• Driving employment equity, BBBEE and transformation and provide guidance and support to both employees and line management. Facilitate the drafting, implementation and tracking of divisional transformation plans.

• Proactively identify and pre-empt HR risks within the division. Help business to understand the difference between Labor Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and the Codes of good practice.
