I managed my Own Pizza Baby! Franchise the following is a list of some of my duties running my store.

• Managing my stock levels by ordering the right amount ( so as to not have an over supply that expires) also following up on stock take discrepancies implementing ways of decreasing any sort of follow up mistake that could lead to more.
• Capturing of invoices and other Financials for my business and maintaining the roster sheet, leave\sick days, Paying of Salaries Keeping a logbook of hours and or mistakes.
• Training of staff on correct work procedures and work place related Hygiene, and the best ways to maintain both
• I would be able to run any section within my business with utmost efficiency and expected the same from my staff , though I have a lot of patience and understanding I always believed in lead by example

These points and much more were some of the duties i had been tasked with

• Conducted regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
• Supervised operations staff and kept employees compliant with company policies and procedures.

I had also been in charge of Over- seeing several corporate owned store and the training of the new General manager for said stores .

As store manager I provided these following points are some of the duties I performed

• Addressed customer complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to maintain positive relationships with clientele.
• Managed inventory control, cash control, and store opening and closing procedures.

I resigned as I got another opportunity but with this resignation they offered me a promotion due to my work in the store and how i drove turnover to almost double what it was, I took the Promotion to Operational manger.

These were the duties I had performed

• Gathered and processed merchandise returns.
• Unloaded, sorted and stored incoming merchandise.
• Verified deliveries against paperwork and contacted vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Reduced product damage by establishing thorough inspection procedures during the receiving process.
• Maintained accurate computer records of materials weights, bill amounts, and identified variances.
• Identified areas for improvement within the receiving process, implementing changes that increased overall efficiency.

I unfortunately did not meet the new BBEEE company policies and was retrenched.
