At this point in my life I had a lot of experience behind me in the field of bartending. I then realised I needed to be different to my fellow colleagues. So whilst still performing normal bartending activities, I made it a habit of getting to know the suppliers for liquor as well as for the food. I made sure I learnt about events, and what the process is on hosting them with regards to djs and live performances.
