Lead and manage Occupational Health and Wellbeing in the De Beers Group Midstream Business
- Provide assurance to De Beers Midstream ExCo and Group Health
- Provide subject matter and expert input into the S&SD strategy, policy, standards, processes and targets.
- Evaluate, analyse, plan and coordinate the implementation of interventions to address strategic and emerging
Occupational Health and associated risk issues and opportunities e.g., Collaboration with the up-stream technical
discipline and engagement of external Subject Matter Experts.
- Provide expert leadership for De Beers midstream business on strategic occupational health issues and management of high-level occupational
health risks.
- Engage with key stakeholders (Internal and External) within the appropriate governance framework.
- Monitor and report on occupational health performance.

through effective communication, coaching and mentoring and forming collaborative relationships with team members.
