I completed my BA Social Work with the North-West University in Mafikeng. I am a registered social worker working with individuals, families, schools and the communities at large. I worked for Tapologo Hospice NGO rendering palliative care to the patients of HIV/AIDS and TB, and their families. I then moved to Doctors Without Borders (MSF) working in Kgomotso Care Centres, providing psychosocial support to the survivors and victims of GBV, then School Program Social Worker, providing psychosocial support to the learners, families and educators. I provided debriefing sessions and trainings to the teachers, SAPS members, other NGOs and stakeholders. I was also involved in stakeholder forums and supervising Social Auxiliary Workers. I am currently employed in Shout It Now as a social worker providing psychosocial support to Adolescents and Young People in communities, schools and TVET colleges. I am also mentoring social auxiliary workers and supportive debriefing to workers and stakeholders.
