    Future developmental Goal( Future Role)

    I am currently upskilling my facilitation knowledge by working with the Learning and Development team and studying towards a Higher Certificate in Paralegal, as I aim to grow within both the legal space and the learning and development space. These achievements demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and my ability to contribute beyond my core responsibilities, aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

    As part of my upcoming role, I will be collaborating closely with the Learning and Development team to enhance and balance the three essential E�s in my professional growth: Education, Experience, and Exposure.

    I have successfully completed the first part of the three E’s: Education by obtaining a Facilitation Certificate with Chartall Business Institute, which has equipped me with foundational knowledge and skills in the Facilitation space.

    The second E: Experience will be gained through active involvement with the Learning and Development team, allowing me to apply and refine my capabilities in a practical setting and I am currently shadowing with the Learning and Development team.

    Lastly, I am working on the third E, :Exposure :by engaging in initiatives and opportunities that broaden my understanding and visibility within the organization.
