- Main duty of the role was to leverage what was learnt as a Property Studies to introduce the candidates of the programme to technical skills such as development principles, and industry-specific tools including but not limited to Excel for financial models and Gencraft for creating images of what the potential development could look like.
- Guide the candidates through the development process, from analysing feasibility studies and interpretation of findings to inform the construction process, to conducting thorough market research and discussing real-life challenges faced by developers
- Soft Skill Development; where candidates are assisted in setting clear, achievable targets for any development they embark on by exposing them to certain property management tools that should help them stay in line with their goals.

- As the assistant to the head planner, responsibilites included coordinating all pre-event production, set up of the venue and delegating to all the gig-workers their duties on the day of the event.
