Contract Management:

· Ensure compilation and pricing of contracts using base or historic pricing for the new contracts on the aftermarket spares.

· Calculate CPA and apply to contract prices using SEIFSA or BEAMA indices

· Approval and compilation of tenders that are above the Project Engineers approval limit for the department

· Compilation of contracts terms and condition using NEC then negotiate commercial and legal terms with the clients for a mutual agreement

· Establish and maintain relationships with clients

· Ensure that the execution of the project is as per the agreed terms and condition meet or exceed the GM

Project and production planning:

· Ensure that Departmental Deliveries are done as per agreed terms and within quoted duration.

Manufacture and supply of the airheater hood modification spares to Tutuka Power Station for 4 Boilers
