- Planning & reporting: Active participation in strategic planning processes that includes developing Medium Term Expenditure Framework & Annual Performance Plan of the City and related reporting processes.
- Assess the Demand Management Plans of the various departments and advise on more efficient and effective possible approaches to ensure the Departments successful CAPEX performance.

- Contract Management: Ensuring Project Time, Cost and Quality management in accordance to the Scope/ specification.
