· Quality control and analysis- carrying out the required quality checks on the product and record results. Review quality performance against target and verify with BTO

· Record final quality results on PAQT and LIMS

· Constantly monitor and control process on SCADA system to ensure that the plant is running accordingly.

· Perform autonomous operations (ATO)

· Perform housekeeping tasks and following safe work practices

· Identifying unsafe work practices and reporting them

· Run fermentation vessels and wort cooling line CIPs.

· Do schedules to assist in maintenance

· Problem solving using appropriate techniques

· Taking part in VPO

· Run wort cooling (cooling wort from brew house to fermentation vessels)

Brew house operator (responsible for mashing in, lautering, boiling and transferring to

• Verifying relevant information and documentation has been submitted
• Confirmed information from licenses by checking piped-gas licenses applications and submitting applications to the HOD

· Planning for a shift-handover and production

· Operating and process control- reviewing process performance against target and recording short stops, take corrective measures where process performance does not meet target and review trends to check for existing problems

· Assisting fellow team members in executing tasks

· Problem solving using appropriate techniques

· Maintenance of plant and equipment- Identify maintenance problem and elevate them to the team leader and artisans. Assisting BTA’s in executing running repairs on shift. Completing maintenance day schedules

· Constantly view SCADA system to ensure that the plant is running accordingly

· Release the final product that meet the required targets to packaging

· Manually connect clean tanks on the appropriate filter to start the filtering p0rocess

· Manually disconnect dirty and empty tanks from the packaging line and connect on the CIP line for cleaning

· Assist in cleaning of the CIP station

· Train and mentor fellow team members

· Perform housekeeping tasks and following safe work practices

· Identifying unsafe work practices and reporting them

· Assisting the lab with calibration of equipments
