English Home Language Educator & SBST Coordinator
• Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English Home Language instruction to Grades 8 & 9, fostering critical thinking, literacy, and communication skills.
• Design differentiated lesson plans and assessments to accommodate diverse learning needs and promote inclusive education.
• Lead the School-Based Support Team (SBST), coordinating academic and psychosocial interventions to support learner well-being and performance.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and external specialists to develop Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and monitor learner progress.
• Facilitate professional development workshops and peer mentoring to enhance teaching practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
