With 13+ years of Programme & Projects experience of initiating and delivering sustained results and effective change for Global Companies across a wide range of industries including Sage SA (Mar 2020 - Current):

• Managing a portfolio of projects focused on Product, Process and System Development, providing long-term delivery and project effectiveness.

• Providing project assurance

• Ensuring current and future projects are delivered in line with best practice project management techniques appropriate to the type and scale of projects and delivering the identified business benefit.

• Spearheaded a Regulatory Programme that saved the multimillion US dollar MultiChoice Nigeria Business from being shut down when “Nigeria Consumer Protection Council, in line with one of its mandates to provide redress for consumer abuse, commenced investigation into the operations of DStv based on a barrage of complaints of alleged consumer rights violations against the company,”.

• Also saved MultiChoice Malawi when the Regulator (Competition and Fair-Trading Commission) charged it for unfair practice.

• Successfully launched Showmax in Kenya and Nigeria

• Also worked on Billing, Payments, and Production Programmes

• Built the 2G, 3G and LTE Infrastructure Network for MTN across South Africa, Swaziland, and Botswana.

• Successfully spearheaded a Programme that ensured that Vodacom Business Systems were successfully tested before deployed to Production

  • Review and report transformation performance and trends to respective ExCo as well as other Stakeholders.
  • Manage and influence wider team individuals to deliver transformation Programme and keep to agreed timelines and commitments.
  • Maintain and develop awareness of remediation management requirements, issues, and changes across Group.
  • Ensure that all Programmes and initiatives complies to Group's change methodology
  • Action and drive culture of proactive compliance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, design and implement mitigation plans to ensure Group is prepared for future disruption in production.
  • Development of Programme update reports according to frequencies determined by key stakeholders for each Programme.
  • Review reports prepared for key initiatives and write ExCo reports for those Programmes based on key risks, issues, and milestones.

  • Monitor all business risk activities - including business assurance and operational risk management within operating environments through obtaining feedback and providing guidance for tactical plans to ensure compliance to Group standards.
  • Drive cultures of proactive compliance and risk management within ExCo.
