• Delivered New Head Office for Old Mutual together with consultants, contractors and various stakeholders
• Build an operational manual for the new building.
• Finalised and negotiated various SLAs (Gym, catering, furniture, cleaning and security contracts) for a new HQ building to ensure full functionality.
• Finalised and negotiated lease agreements & design requirements for Old Mutual Ghana, Accra & Malawi (Lilongwe & Blantyre) Offices.

Handling a portfolio of Old Mutual branches across South Africa from inception to completion to ensure projects are within budget, time, and scope. Project list available upon request.

Part of the external consultant team, which provides project & business management services to the University of Johannesburg Central Technical Services, Handling a portfolio of projects from inception to completion as an internal client project manager.

I was part of AGA Properties. AGA's primary function was to ensure compliance with employees' housing and living conditions per Clause 2.7 in the mining charter. My main responsibility was to assist and support project managers on various projects.
