- Housekeeping (2 weeks): Assisted supervisors with room checks, linen room operations, and maintenance inspections to ensure that rooms were guest-ready.
- Front Office (3 weeks): Handled check-ins, check-outs, phone inquiries, and reservations. Conducted posting journal reports, and assisted with night auditing tasks. Awarded a Service Recognition Award within two weeks for exceptional guest service.
- Restaurant Service (2 weeks): Waited on guests in Maximillien Restaurant, prepared and set tables for breakfast and lunch, and assisted with in-room dining services.
- Banqueting (2 weeks): Supported event preparation and setup for conferences and functions.
- Kitchen (3 weeks): Rotated through the cold kitchen, hot kitchen, and banqueting kitchen, assisting chefs in food preparation and plating.
- Kyalami Race Track (High-Class Event): Assisted with event setup and served guests at a premium function.
- The Leonardo Hotel Bravado Agency (HBM & AWS Ignite Events): Assisted with guest registration and ushering at a large-scale corporate event.
