- In my current role, I oversee the operations of the Edge Tennis Academy branch in Fish Hoek. Started with an initial cohort of 23 students at the Fish Hoek Tennis Club.
- The number of students increased from 23 to 52 in a span of 6 months. - Summer sees the students we coach reaching up to 95-100
- Throughout my tenure, I have crafted tailor-made and detailed lesson plans for individualized coaching sessions.
- My work experience at the Edge Tennis Academy has allowed me to coach and play with individuals from, Germany, the USA, Hungary, Russia and Dubai, Canada. Each with unique perspectives and diverse backgrounds, This experience has enriched my professional journey and broadened my cultural understanding.
- The Fish Hoek Tennis Club has experienced a significant increase in membership numbers, from 5 to 26 particularly among junior and senior members.
- Collaborated with other academies in the area to Start and run the annual Valley Open for each category from 2022 to date.
I have established a reputation for having structure and discipline when coaching, this has had positive results via word-of-mouth marketing.
