I am a qualified and technically geared Group Project Manager with eight years’ QA/QC Managerial experience within all environments of construction. I have been commissioned by Aurex constructors [SNC-Lavalin] to lead the maintenance team as the Project Manager across all Shell Terminals within South Africa. Some of my deliverables is to ensure the coordinating all maintenance work across all depots, developing systems flow and processes, reviewing of costings/budgeting, ensuring all depots are ISO45001 certified and daily client interactions. Challenges are analysed from both a technical and analytical aspect, with team collaboration used to ensure the best solution is established.
