I am a dedicated and motivated Medical Laboratory Science student with a strong passion for academic excellence and peer support. Although I do not have prior experience as an SI Leader, I am enthusiastic about helping others succeed and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. I possess strong communication and organizational skills, and I enjoy explaining complex concepts in simple, understandable ways. My goal as an SI Leader would be to facilitate collaborative learning, encourage active participation, and support students in mastering course content. I am eager to learn, grow in a leadership role, and contribute to a culture of academic success.
