My role within this company is to ensure that all set targets are met within all stipulated timeframes as per agreement with Telkom (the customer). I have to manage all subcontractors who are responsible for acquiring properties for Huawei to install telecom infrastructure for the network rollout (this would b ensuring that the entire SAQ process is followed from identification of possible site up to municipal approvals), and also have to report back to the customer on a weekly basis. I have taken it upon myself to introduce self delivery within this project which puts me back out in the field to ensure that properties are acquired as fast as possible without any issues. Arranging access for all subcons to begin construction of sites and also to all MCO/share sites to install equipment (ensuring that all necessary EWAP and work approvals are in order). I have worked in the Northern Eastern Region, Gauteng central, Southern & Western Regions so i have dealt with the project on many different platforms & areas.

My role at this company was to handle site acquisition in the telecommunication industry. This formed part of turnkey projects for various network operators to manage their site rollout on a large scale, across most provinces. I had handled the below projects property rollout:

4. ATC
These projects involved liaising with various property owners (private, public and corporations) in terms of negotiating lease terms and identifying suitable properties which can accommodate the necessary required infrastructure. The processes to acquire these sites involved initial site surveys, technical site surveys, liaising with community members regarding public participation. Ensuring that municipal applications are submitted and also obtaining all supporting approvals such as environmental impact assessments, civil aviation approvals and also consent use approvals.
