Summary

I have 17 years work experience in the health department (3 years in the Department of Health and 14 years in the NGO sector doing Quality Improvement).

As a program manager ; i have a total of 50 subordinates with 3 project managers and 9 filing clerks reporting directly to me.

Some of the quality Improvement projects done are in the Mother Infant Pair; ANC 32 weeks re-testing; Pediatric ART linkage to care, viral load ;Index testing ;TPT card and Records management.

The functional Operation Phuthuma indicator teams have been established in both the districts. District ,subdistrict and facility teams have been trained on operation Phuthuma and there is continuous mentorship at all levels of district support.

The records management indicator teams are established in the district and best practices are currently harvested. I have developed a Records management supervisory guiding tool to be utilized by the district multi-disciplinary team when site visits are conducted.
