A was an employer representative in labour relations matters in Standard Bank and have successful won all the cases I represented the employer on .

Through my Leadership , I have assisted the department of health achieve medicine availability of 86% from 73% when I started as assistant Director in 2022.

I have successfully contributed to designing the Standartd Operating Procedure of the depot and also the current provincial Standard Operating Procedure of North West department of Health.

Currently responsible for provincial medicine budget for the North West Department of Health and in 2024 ensured that 95% of the budget is spent with no unauthorised expenditure in 2024/2025 financial year.
