Once I had achieved the necessary skills, my next step was to be self employed which I then started in 2008. This was a whole new adventure and soon realized the challenges of being a small business owner and this became the next challenge to overcome. I then grew the business from one team to multiple teams on the road and then I stood the roll of managing the business finances, clients and staff.
