Duties

•Incident / Accident reporting
•Consolidation of production related information
•Hourly, Ad Hoc and End of Shift reporting
•Monitor and manage the UG, Plant and Overland
•Monitor and managing all UG alarms
•Monitor and manage water levels
•Equipment Escalations
•Fatigue Monitoring
•Capturing and validation of production delays
•Comply with safety regulations and HSE requirements.
•Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
•Using the systems at hand to assist the supervisor with tracking and managing the operation.
•Providing management and supervisors with information on the status of the operation

Duties

• Ensure compliance with the SAP work management processes.
  -Facilitate the weekly work schedule meetings to ensure alignment of all work management activities to production or other operational plans.
  • Create and plan SAP work orders that enable effective deployment of work management resources, including personnel, service providers and materials.
  -Build and communicate accurate weekly work schedules reflecting all work management activities, ensuring that they are adequately resource leveled and aligned to the corresponding 12-week planning window.
  -Request and govern work management master data changes as required, based on equipment strategy reviews, failure analysis, and identified quality errors.
  -Collaborates with Supply and Warehouse to determine the availability of required materials and services.
  • Reviews process discipline for the week, as per the Work Performance Management Process.
  -Analyze Monthly Metrics as per the Work Performance Management Process.

Duties

• Responsible for safe maintenance and repair of equipment and machines in order to ensure the availability and reliability thereof
• Responsible for engineering technical compliance
•Perform inspections and work in accordance with the Mine Standards and Procedures and the Mine Health and Safety Act and regulations
•Recording of inspections, maintenance and repairs conducted to equipment on checklists and job cards
•Able to identify faults and repair defects without supervision
•Maintain good housekeeping in the area of responsibility
•Ensuring that all planning and productivity requirements are safely achieved
•Undertake appropriate Risk Assessments (RA) in order to perform in a safe and controlled manner
