Julio Fiol is a lawyer and career diplomat that has represented Chile before international organizations such as the United Nations (UN), the Organization of American States (OAS) the Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO) and the World Food Program (WFP), as well as held consular posts in Miami, Mexico City, and New York and appointed Ambassador to Japan and South Africa. He has expertise on International Law, International Security, Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, Border issues and Migration and Human Resources.
