- Daily use of Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Development and research of recruitment resources .

- Liaising with recruitment resources (online portals, university open days, agencies)

- Reporting on recruitment resources and expenditure, recruitment growth, as well as employee growth and movement.

- Reaching recruitment targets.

Training:

- Conducting new employee induction training.

- Creating training programs and presentations.

- Management of training groups

- Reporting on training performance and statistics

Operations:

- Management of ad hoc departmental duties (capturing departmental absenteeism and leave

- Administration of Access databases.

- Managing HR documentation for payroll.

- In depth reporting on departmental performance.

- Project Management of new departmental updates.

- Editing and rewriting official company documents and claims information.

• Data generating for marketing purposes
• Outbound call-center, contacting potential clients.
• Making daily and weekly targets.

• Writing informative articles and conducting in-depth research.
• Researching and writing articles regarding the pending land claims in Pretoria and surrounding areas.
