Interacting with the operators when fatiqued

Reporting Fatique events to the supervisor and operational management

Perform written mini risk assessment continuously

Identify and eliminate any risks in own area of responsibility and act accordingly

Investigating the incidents and cases

Monitor and ensure that working environment i.e safety berms, walls etc. meet safety requirements deviances to line manager or control

Apply good housekeeping on allocated Drilling equipment to ensure safety and equipment life

Complete skills and other documents in line with the procedures and submit to respective person

Perform effective, efficient and timely verbal reporting to control room and supervisor on all relevant job aspects.
