    • Ensure the annual organizational risk assessment is performed to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls throughout all USAID Southern Africa grantees.

  • • Execute grants management and risk compliance responsibilities for Sub-recipients(SRs) as follows:
    • Responsible for the Sub-recipient grant making process from conducting re-award due appointment of SR to appointment, administration, support, and audit
