  • Maintaining and capturing the Management meeting attendance for the Listed Team for submission to the PIC
  • Work with the CRO, General Counsel and Group Company Secretary to plan and manage Board & committee agendas. Assist the Company Secretary with timely delivery of high-quality, professional Board papers via the chosen portal for the main quarterly meetings as well as any ad hoc meetings.
  • Work closely with other EA to C-suite on all Board logistics and planning.
  • Coordinate with other EAs and support team members on the scheduling of Board dates, and communicate those dates to all concerned for their awareness and related planning.
  • Attend ExCo meetings as required to support the CRO. Take minutes, track actions, and assist the CEO with any required follow-ups.
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, and minute all Investment Committee (IC) meetings in line with IC terms of reference.
  • Schedule, plan, coordinate, and deliver quarterly Shareholder meetings as directed, acting as the main point of contact between the shareholders and the CEO, with support from the other EA to C-suite.
  • Assist with all motions passed in Board and shareholders meetings, drafting with the assistance of the company secretary and CRO.
  • Assisting the compliance officer with CIPC.
