I have 15 years in the automotive industry, I have a production and maintenance background, with a Millwright (electrical and mechanical) apprenticeship qualification to back up my technical knowledge, and an Advanced Diploma in Operations Management to back up my project management side. I have 10 years’ experience in the Assembly shop, I have designed several production processes and I am very familiar with associated equipment (have been technical support for production for six years and involved with design and buy-off of equipment for W206 project). I have worked with MET’s and process engineers and quality departments on several improvement projects during W206 ramp-up.

I am an excellent problem solver, as well as a qualified MPS Advisor. I am familiar with MPS Project Tools used to identify and implement Continuous Improvements in all areas of the plant, I have also had the opportunity to practice these methodologies in a diverse environment, including a successful 3 month project in Beijing, China in quarter 4 2024. I have strengthened my interpersonal and presentation skills through the Team Manager Development Program. I will drive any project given to me, I communicate well with everyone and work extremely well in a team. I have a structured problem solving approach that will be beneficial to any team.

I offer expertise in problem-solving, data analysis and bring a diverse approach to problems, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. I have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and developing innovative solutions. I am agile and adapt quickly to change and new surroundings. I've always enjoyed working with my hands, and seeing as though most projects are now office based I love working on technical projects in my own time, such as restoring cars and fixing anything my son breaks (this is always an opportunity to teach him technical know how).

I have grown up next to the ocean and love anything to do with the sea, including all activities above and below the surface, such as fishing and diving.
