Attend an aerobics 45 minutes classes twice a week, to keep fit and healthy.


I belong to Park Run Association, where we embark in an organized, park running sessions every Saturday mornings, and on some special days, when raising funds.


Cooking is my hobby, especially traditional, foods. I get brooked for cooking for funerals and parties, for a donation, that sustains the NPO.

I have a small garden, where I plant my greens and herbs.


I read a lot of books in Kindle, traditional, biographies, fiction and also the Bible.


I am a church elder, there are various ministries I lead, and truely enjoy and cherish going to church and fellowship with other saints.

3.Clinical Expertise: Student look to the lecturer for clinical expertise and advise, so i am always actively involved in the clinical field for advancing their education, by being hands on on class room and and patient care.

4. Emotional intelligence: I possess the ability to manage both, my own and understanding the emotions of the students and patients,around that given environment.

5. Integrity: especially in demonstrating the core values to the students and the whole team.
