  • Collect internal ODA project evaluation materials and data, including reports and studies conducted by the partner country’s government and other donor agencies, as required.
  • Act as a joint evaluation expert by contributing to the CP evaluation process. This includes providing professional input and ensuring the evaluation aligns with both KOICA's objectives and the partner country's priorities.
  • Manage and facilitate high-level meetings and communication between the evaluation team and relevant government officials, donor agencies, and stakeholders. Record and prepare minutes in the provided English format.
  • Provide technical support on the analysis of data collected from the evaluation process. This includes preparing reports, conducting statistical evaluations, and assisting with the formulation of key findings and recommendations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required, ensuring the successful completion of the evaluation mission.

Public Sector Service Deliver

Rwanda Governance Board

Responsible for the overall monitoring and evaluation of Rwanda Governance Board.

  • Participate in the design of assessment tools for service delivery.
  • Develop strategies to enhance service delivery in public institutions.
  • Participate in defining RGB's standards and measurement process for assessing service delivery in public institutions.
  • Develop concept notes and proposals for assessing and promoting service delivery.

Monitoring:

• In-charge of Resource Tracking Tool (RT database) of RBC.

• Reporting to SPIU/Ministry of Health on Progress of activities financed by SSF/HIV component.
