Provide support to the district / Institution with regards to leave matters
· Collect and quality assure leave forms and attendance register weekly
· Reconcile leave forms with the registers
· Capture all leave on PERSAL within the set standard
· Weekly report on leave matters (successes, challenges)
· Leave compliance report submitted quarterly and annually.
Provide Support to the district / institution with regards to PILIR.
· Identify PILIR cases when sick leave has been Exhausted
· Assist employees with the completion of PILIR application forms
· Ensure all relevant documents for PILIR application are attached
· Submit correct PILIR application forms to the relevant sections to the Head Office.
· Deliver PILIR responses letters to schools
· Maintain PILIR database
· Capture and implement outcome
· Weekly report on PILIR matters (successes challenges and intervention)

Ensure the alignment of PERSAL establishment with the daily attendance register for institutions.
· Check post establishment against staff establishment on PERSAL
· Verify payroll against attendance register, reconcile and ensure correction, where necessary
· Report on successes, challenges and interventions required
· Provide Human Resources Advisory Services to the institutions.
· Guide and advice personnel on human resources administration matters to enhance the correct implementation of personnel administration practices/policies.
· Assist the co-ordination of information sharing sessions for all the personnel in the District office / Institutions.
· Deal with all THRS related queries and matters
· Assist with any other urgent projects as requested by Executing Authority and delegated officials
