Following structural work I moved onto bulk services and external works, this included the construction of 3 Attenuation tanks, Storm water systems, internal sewer, external sewer, EV and MV sleeves, Sub-Stations, Intelligent services and irrigation, dry stack and gabion wall, as well as hard landscaping features.

As of 04-03-2024 I will be transferring divisions to Stefanutti Stocks Civil divisions, where I will be over-seeing as the sole Engineer/Sub-agent a total of 800m in contract value, including internal roads, M13 bridge upgrade, Kassier road upgrade, Valley fill and waterline to supply Westown and surroundings.

Snags and defects call back, responsible for running a team of 8 labour, fixing defects and snags at project Hirt and Carter, this included the repair and diagnosis of blocked sewer lines, and the diagnostics and solution development of surface bed curling whereby I analyzed and developed a solutions for rocking of surface bed panels in a working printing factory, using complex grouting solutions and CG grout application whilst liaising with the client and factory managers to ensure whilst repair took place all operations ran smoothly. As well as general snag repairs.

Starting working for Stefanutti Stocks on a more permanent basis, over saw the construction of a 50000m^2 Printing factory, started by learning the construction of bases, columns and HD bolts, ultimately proved my worth and gained independence to over see the construction of:
