1. General maintenance on plumbing, typical daily duties:

Ø Perform Risk assessments of Sites to determine problem areas.

Ø Depending on task the following can be the work:

o Cleaning of drains with the drain machine and opening of blocked drains

o Repair leaking toilets, and install and maintain sanitation

o Water leak detection and repair off problem in wall or ground, depending on the problem and area of work performed the maintenance can either be with copper, galvanized, multi -layer composite or HDPE pipe.

o Quotations and invoicing.

2. Geyser installations, electric, solar, heat pumps, according to SANS 10254:2004 complete with drip tray, master –flow valve and safety release valve.

3. New projects on Construction sites including all installations plumbing installations of bathrooms, toilets, geysers or what is required.

4. Drain cleaning with manual and electrical equipment on household and industrial drains.

8. Re -routing of water reticulation pipes and installed digital meters. Installation of bathrooms such as showers, baths and basins and toilets. The installations included the warm and hot water supplies, bathroom installations as well as sanitation networks and the main sewer lines.
