- Worked at the Operational table for 7 months at CMOCC
- Provided guidance to personnel who report faults on trainsets within the Section /Stabling siding relating to first line maintenance.
- Compile reports on fault log sheet and forward to Rollingstock technicians

- Arrange defective sets to the repair depots or stabling siding.
- Activate Emergency CallOut List pertaining to Accidents and incidents.
