I have a record of loyalty and trustworthiness and this is recorded when I was managing a social work division at a unit after services to offenders was not accessible for a long period this includes the ground work of starting a mother baby unit at the correctional facility. I am results driven and also have strong written and verbal communication skills, which I developed naturally with report writing, operational plans, and court and parole reports. I have a very good understanding of the organizational culture of the Department and have the knowledge, attitude and skills to empower, motivate, support and give guidance to people in order to effect change in a developing profession.
