John Kutumela

He is the founder of the Educational Innovation Hub (EIH), an independent research and innovation initiative through which he explores structural problems and develops ideas, frameworks and approaches to social and institutional challenges.

His work includes Baithuti Pele, a proposed learner-first public framework focused on learners' access to educational opportunities; SOCANP (School-to-Opportunity Access & Career Navigation Programme), focused on supporting school-to-opportunity transitions; and PHAARK, a structural philosophy concerned with awareness, patterns and deliberate change.

His wider interests include public-service accessibility, educational systems, human-centred innovation, digital experimentation and translating ideas into practical frameworks, programmes and community initiatives.

His work is independently developed and should be distinguished from formally adopted institutional or government policy unless such adoption is documented.
