• Transformation of GAPCO Terminal which leads to win award of Best Affiliate in Integrity Management.
• TotalEnergies acquired GAPCO Tanzania in 2007. At a time of acquisition GAPCO terminal was in very bad conditions – no safety culture, no safety barriers and employees were not trained. Maestro audit in 2018 maturity level was 40% and technological risk assessment (TRA) had 23 level one scenarios. With supports from management, I managed to lead the team and transform the terminal and the culture. This transformation lead to achieve Maestro maturity to 82%, zero level 1 scenario in TRA and in 2024 our affility won awards on Best Integrity Management in Africa.
