- Customer Service: Provide guidance and advice to line on day to day HR related matters

- HR Administration: Ensure that HR administration and filing is up to date and correctly filed (100% accurate) both online and manual filing
- Competent advice and guidance to line on HR administrative matters

- Analyze data and provide findings and recommendations to line managers
- Provide presentation to line about the findings, risks and impact to the organization
- Employee Relations: Assist in gathering necessary information for DC hearing, grievances, conflict resolutions etc
- Workforce Planning: Assist with ensuring that EE targets are implemented and aligned to the Workforce Plan
- HR projects: Contribute towards HR Projects (such as Career Ladder Session)
- HCD: Recruitment of Scholarships, Interns, Studentships and Vocational training work
- Reward and Recognition: Competent advise to line on recognition and reward matters
- Ensure salary offers are strictly in accordance with CSIR Remuneration guidelines and management approvals.
