I am an experienced General Engineering Supervisor ( projects & operations) with more than 28 years’ experience in dewatering of conventional underground and large scale open pit mines. I have vast knowledge on fusion welding of HDPE pipes, operation and maintenance of mobile diesel and fixed electrical dewatering pumps' ROM jaw and gyratory cone crushers, conveyors, ball mills, filters, hydraulic rockbreakers, apron feeders, compressors and overhead cranes. My application of superior dewatering skills learnt through study, practice and observation in mechanical, electrical maintenance, mine planning of large dynamic open pit pumping requirements, implementing of safety and cost saving projects will enable me to make a huge contribution to your organisation. I have purpose and the ability to find solutions to complex dewatering mechanical issues and capable of empowering employees in a multi discipline environment. I have strong technical leadership experience of managing, supervising and mentoring different disciplines including Fitters, Boilermakers, Hydraulic Fitters, Diesel Mechanics, Plumbers and Crusher Fitters from project start up up to final commissioning and testing of plant.
