In addition to my senior certificate, I also have a Ph.D. in Social Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences (Research Psychology), an Honours Degree in Social Sciences (Psychology), and a Bachelor of Nursing Science. I have more than 10 years of experience in public health with 5 years of Management experience and, working knowledge in programme management. Have fair exposure to working with national, provincial, and district health structures. More than five years of experience working in a donor-funded organization and project-based environment. I am proactive and able to exercise discretion and independent decision-making, also able to prioritize my own workload and work towards deadlines. I possess a short course certificate in all Microsoft Office packages. Have report writing, as well as M&E Skills. I have training in Project management and working experience in Programme Management, with good donor reporting experience. Have a fair experience in operational & strategic management. I have more than five years of stakeholder engagement experience. I am able to function well under pressure and maintain effectiveness during changing conditions.
