As an assistant manager at theLAB Guesthouses, One oversees the daily operations of the property, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff efficiency, and revenue growth. Graduated with a diploma of education in hospitality administration/management from International College of Tourism and Management, where one learned the fundamentals of hotel and tourism management. One has more than four years of work experience in the hospitality industry, working as a restaurants supervisor at Oku Asian Eatery and a Food server and Housekeeper at College Garden Hotel. I have developed strong skills in guest service management, communication, and hotel management, and are passionate about delivering high-quality service and creating memorable experiences for guests. One is also interested in learning new skills and exploring new opportunities in the hospitality field.
