Summary

Currently leading a results-based financing education programme EPforR under the Shule Bora programme funded by UK Government. The focus is on improving education outcomes by aligning financial incentives with measurable results, contributing to the betterment of educational systems in Tanzania and students learning achievements. I am also actively leading the safeguarding component of the programme, identifying risks, and setting out mitigation measures to overcome them and providing training to new and existing staff on safeguarding awareness. I posses over 15 years of professional experiences in strategic management of the country programme; working currently in the mid senior level of the Shule Bora Programme. I have extensive experience in planning, budgeting, execution and reporting mechanisms of programme related activities. I also have experience in human resource development by being a line manager of junior staff and consultants working in the EQUIP-Tanzania, Education Programme for Results (EPforR) and Shule Bora programmes. My past and current work entails working in close collaboration with the government of Tanzania through the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MoEST) and President’s Office -Regional Administration and Local Governance (PO-RALG) and working with development partners in the education sector. A recent book I read in 'Surrounded by Idiots' by Thomas Erikson, a book about how to understand Human Behavior,

I love trying new recipes in cooking 

I attend fitness and exercises in the Gym regularly and keep track of my physical activity routine and eating habits. I have been able to control the spread of vitiligo effects through regular exercise and healthy eating habits.

I would plant flowers and vegetable garden whenever I have time and space. if I don't have space I keep my flowers in a pot.
