  • Quote individual flight request with minimum 3 flight quotation offer options, then email offers to client to confirm their best option
  • Book and issue their best option and invoice each ticket issued
  • Reissue/Exchange all modified flight bookings as requested by each client
  • Request group quote from airlines or use online tool for airlines that have the tool
  • Once all quotes received, I forward those to client as requested to choose best quote that suite their needs, then book and confirm their group preferred Airline offer and pay deposit when required by airline
  • Issue Group tickets and do splitting and breakaways when requested/needed
  • Forward all confirmations and invoices to client for their itinerary
  • Perform cancellation and request a refund as per fare rules when client decide not to travel
