• Responsible for the full day to day running of the backoffice

• Responsible for all human resource documentation, including new hires, employee contracts and company policies and procedures
• Insured all required employment documents were completed and signed
• Support to the accountant with payroll functions and various other adhoc tasks
• HSEQ: ensuring that all health and safety standards are met and up to date
• Assist the walk in auditor with in store audits and inspections
• Making sure that the stores pass requirements are met.
